You worked hard to earn your client's trust. Our referral program is designed so management strengthens that relationship instead of threatening it.
Property management is not sales, and we treat it that way. When your client signs with Driven, they get a dedicated local manager, transparent reporting, and responsive maintenance — and when they are ready to buy their next property or sell this one, they call you. We do not have a sales division chasing your book of business, and we never will.
Flexibility is the other half of the deal. Want to handle the leasing and keep that commission? Go ahead — we take over management the day the tenant is placed. Rather hand the whole thing off? We will lease it, screen the tenant, and manage from day one — and when Driven does the leasing, we pay you 25% of one month's rent. Either way, the client is still yours.

How much do I earn for a referral?+
$500 for every client you refer who signs a management agreement with Driven. If you refer another agent who starts sending us business, you earn $250 for that agent relationship. There is no cap — every signed referral pays.
Do I lose my client if I refer them to Driven?+
No. Your client remains your client. We manage the property only — we do not sell. When your client is ready to buy or sell, they come back to you. That is the foundation of our agent referral program.
Can I handle the leasing myself?+
Yes. You can lease the property and keep the leasing commission, then hand management to us once a tenant is placed. Or we can handle both leasing and management — whichever works best for you and your client.
What do I earn if Driven handles the leasing?+
If we do the leasing too, we pay you 25% of one month's rent. We take care of marketing, showings, tenant screening, and lease signing, and the fee is paid once the lease is signed. Pick that option on the referral form and we'll take it from there.
When and how do I get paid?+
Referral fees are paid once the management agreement is signed and the property is onboarded. We pay directly to you or your brokerage per your broker's instructions.
What kinds of properties qualify?+
Single-family homes, condos, townhomes, duplexes, fourplexes, and small multifamily across the Austin metro. If your client owns a rental — or is about to buy one — it qualifies.
